I am going to remove my tcase and entire driveshaft.. Leave the LSD and rear axles... Is this ok?

No, unless you have a welded center diff. The only thing driving the front wheels if you take out the tcase is the VC, which wont last long.

Are you sure you put in a t-case with the corect gearing?
) and we are all stumped.... It is just the wierdest thing. The spline count shouldn't matter for me. My old tcase i know has correct spline count, it was fine before. The newer one came with an AWD trans. Even if the newer is wrong, i had same issue with other one as well..
