These questions are about 1990 1 G non-turbo FWD
1 .I want to replace the snap rings on the inner part of the CV shaft should I buy these directly from Mitsubishi? any one have the part number for the snap rings? or can you go buy some from a hardware store if there the same size? and finally the proper fitments of the snap rings are the snap rings suppose to fit snug or fit loosely? or just buy what I need from Mitsubishi and don't worry about the fitments?
2 .my original flywheel has 85,xxx miles on it has surface rust from being exposed to the elements. If I don't need to resurface the flywheel I wont. If it needs resurfaced I would be more willing to buy a new one then resurface it. I bought an excedy clutch kit that has clutch disk and pressure plate. Should I also get an excedy flywheel? . Or just use the stock one with 85K miles on it after cleaning it up. If needs resurfaced I think I would buy an OEM stock one please give me your opinion thanks!
