How much oil pressure?

I'm about to install a oil pressure gauge and boost/vacuum gauge. Just want to know what's normal for idle and while driving. I have a t25 temporarily :coy: (if that matters).

I'm guessing...

Oil Gauge
Idle: 11-14psi
Driving: 50-60psi

Boost Vacuum Gauge
Idle/Vaccum: I have no idea
Driving/Boost: 15psi(never adjusted the boost)

I'm guessing if the boost is off, to check for boost leaks, right? If the oil pressure isn't right what do you suggest to do.

Thanks in Advance,
Ian :rocks:

If the pressure is a little low then the simplest thing to do is run a heavier weight oil. IIRC its 10 psi/1k rpm for oil pressure. Don't know what it should be at idle.

On a stock motor with stock cams a healthy idle vac is about 18"hg give or take an inch or two.
