well was talking to somebody the other night he said he took off the coolant lines to his throttlebody.... anybody else do this and what exacly would it change ? besides the fact there isnt any hot liquid running through it....................

just wondering if its worth doing or if its just something some dumb kid did ?

it does just that, i heard it is beneficial to kepp intake temps down with no hot coolant runnin through it. I know that is the reason behind it, whether it is worth it, does it make a difference, not too sure. And no i havent heard of any problems occurring when doin this

I did it, havent had any problems with anything...I think its suppose to help the butterfly plate from not sticking in the winter or something...I really cant remember, but since I dont really drive in the winter....I took it out.
