Putting a 1g fwd 5speed 6bolt in a 2g fwd auto

Hey guys, I know this post has probably been up before somewhere but I couldn’t find it.

One of my good friends just totaled his 90 gst and hes giving me the motor, so I wanted to know what all I need and will expect when installing it, things like the computer and wiring, the motor going from a 5speed to an auto and anything else that I might need to know

If u have any websites I can go to that are helpful please share them as well

the proper torque converter and flex plate ( i wanna say a converter from your car and flex plate from a 1g FWD auto )
