valve body upgrade

do u guys know of anywhere where i can get a valve body upgrade? i heard it helps with a/t transmissions. how does it work?

Valve body upgrade is a "shift kit". They are spring upgrades that make your car shift harder so there is less delay between shifts. It is also better on the tranny because the less time between shifts the less the tranny is "slipping" your clutch packs.

you can also get a translab shift kit and get the instructions on how to do it from www.vfaq.com. If you do that you might as well do your end clutch upgrade as well.
