Ignition Starter Button...

Ok I'm not sure if this is an Ignition Starter Button, but it is located below the dash on the drivers side. It's just a longish hard wire with a small black button on the end. I don't know what htis is, can anyone provide me any information?

-Sound like an aftermarket "anti carjacking" or a valet switch for the alarm.

Would it make the car not fire? Because it's not firing and i think this a kill switch.

where does the wire lead to? follow it and see if you can figure out anything from there. good luck

-That could be it, most people mount the controller above the fuse box, you would need to find the previous owner or contact the alarm manufacturer to see how to deactivate it, or rip the whole thing out.

If it is a kill switch, dont rip it out.

all depends on the way it was wired up. if it's just a flip switch do the obveous... if it's a butten you might have to push it while turning the ignition only the last owner would realy know.
