Max Boost on 20G

what is the max boost that i can run safely ona 20g with alcohol injection, good FMIC, and a very well tuned AFC?

is 22psi too much cuz i really plan on gettin in the 400whp range?

Max boost you can safley run depends on:

1. Your engine internals.
2. Your tuning Skills.

AND what octane gas you intend to run. That is not unreasonable if you are running C10 gas or better. 400whp@22psi with a 20G will take some tuning though.

The 20g runs out of happy around 27 psi.

The HRC 20G tends to gall off around 28-29ish.

I'm not guaranteeing that his setup will be efficient to 27 or 28 psi. I'm just saying that the compressor wheel of the turbo isn't going to bother doing anything cool past there.

The HRC super 20G turboseems to be running out of steam in my car at about 28 to 29 psi. above those levels, the turbo begins to output hot air, and hp is reduced slightly.

The avenger made over 400 hp(5700 rpm) and over 400 lb ft of torque (4500 rpm) at 30 psi on tuesday, and this number would defintely increase in higher rpms if the turbo would hold 30 psi to redline.

Those times are from last year, when I still had stock injectors and no MAFT or SAFC.

This year should be even better.
