Homemade MBC worth it?

has anyone had a problem w/ a homemade MBC? i found a website that says that i can build one for like $15 is it worth it or not?

Yes as long as you build it properly I have seen many "Home Depot" MBC's work just as well as the 50 dollar ones. You still need to know what your doing though.
