dash warning lights do not come on

Just so its said, I searched the forums before posting and I couldnt get anything to come up.

So i did a rewire over the winter as well as swapping dashes out. My issue is when I start the car no warning lights come on before the motor cranks over. I thought it was the dimmer switch but I swapped in another one and it worked fine. I can turn on the head lights and the dash backlight comes on and the brake lights work but not the 3rd brake light. Turn signals are not working either. I thought maybe the hazard relay was bad but it clicks when I try to use the turn signals or the hazards but they dont actually work. I also tried to switch the hazard button out but that didnt work either. Im searching for a possibly ungrounded wire somewhere as well as a potentially unplugged connector.

Any other things I should check out? anybody ever have this issue before that maybe could share a little insight? Any help would be greatly appreciated guys, thanks!

Does the cel light come on and turn off after 5 seconds? That's a starting point...

If the answer is no then I would say ecu needs fixed

Check all of your grounding points, make sure you didn't miss 1 or 2

no warning lights period. I am thinking its a ground. still looking! Ive got ecmlink v3 and can still tune the ecu, idk if it could still be messed up but it worked perfectly fine last year and sat all winter.

So no CEL turns on and goes off after 5 seconds..... Send the ecu to the guys at dsm link.... I bet there's a problem somewhere...
