Okay. 1995 gst. Just installed my apexi safc 2. Still have to hook up wideband. No more fuel cut.
But when I go to do a pull after about 5k rpms sometimes less in a higher gear it will let off. But almost stay at those rpms just lose power. Once boost hits she rips! But lets off at the end ):
Checked all my fmic clamps everything is very tight.
My mods:
wesico pistons
ARP head studs
Evo 560cc injectors
Evo lifters
New heads
Eagle rods
Evo III 16g turbo
3" turbo back apexi exhaust
Digital air to fuel ratio and boost
ACP stage 2 clutch
Evo carbon fiber hood
18" rims with falken radials
Fmic
Apexi safc 2
Innovate lc-1 WB (currently not installed)

Sounds like something is wrong with your tune on your afc.

Sounds like fuel cut or you have a small boost leak throwing off your air fuel mix.

Hook up that wideband and go for another drive.
Then come back and tell us what its reading when this happens.

Do a boost leak test and check your blow off valve. Sound like you're getting boost creap and the bov is opening.

How do I check my bov? Its routed back to the intake also

Check the piping that goes to your bov.. my gst has a small opening on my bov and my limit is 6500 rpm but I'm not sure if that's why your limit is @ that rpm

i checked it and put a new hose on it. its a 1G bov routed to my intake. wideband and apexi safc installed. still wont accelerate past 5k rpms!!!!!
