suspension issues

I just recently picked up a 1991 Eagle Talon AWD. It sit for 7 years before i bought it.

First problem I am having is:
When I start the car, unless I keep pressure on the throttle, it leans out and dies.
It will continue to act this way until running temp. It kicks a 012 code. (air volume).
It also under high boost/throttle it leans out as well, and i can feel it wanting to "hesitate".

Second problem I am having is a suspension issue.
I just replaced struts and springs thinking it would fix my problem....no
It bouncing all over the road, minor bumps gives a load smashing sound. like im bottoming out. If i hit a pot hole, its a violent smash. If its a "dip" in the road, i bounce, clunk, bounce, clunk...and so on. i also replaced lower control arm bushings. I read up on bump stops, took a look. I dont have any.

I did a fair amount of reading up on these issues, without a solid firm answer.

Well for the first problem id check the maf and clean the intercooler it might be clogged if I were you I would check the injectors too

Stagg struts, with megan racing 2inch drop.

New intercooler, new injectors. Though i did pull the injectors to inspect them.

Is there another component to the,suspension that would clunk and smash?
