Well today I wanted to prime my oil pump using turboAWDfanatic's method, here's the link http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-engine-fuel/286487-how-prime-oil-pump-timing-components-already-installed.html
Well in his write up, he says to remove the brake booster fitting on the intake manifold. One problem, I don't have mine in that location, and can't figure out where it would be.
Now I know he has a 1g so I'm sure that's the issue here. So basically I just need to know where mine would be located, and would it still work? Is it still a 1/8th bspt thread? If not, are there any alternatives I could use?
I'm sure I could go out and purchase a 1/8th bspt fitting that would work, but if I could save driving 25 miles and wasting money on a fitting, that would be preferable. Any insight would be great, thanks.
