wastegate questions...

I was just wondering what the advantages are of running an external dump wastegate from the O2 sensor housing that vents into the atmosphere, instead of the regular type that vents it into the exhaust system.
how much do those systems cost to put on??

in some cases it can help control boost creep...
technically it "can" give a little more power do to not interupting the flow of exhaust liek a re-routed wastegate does. ANyhow there are tons of thread on this BTW...
