Car will not crank when warm.

So I just finished my 2G 6-Bolt 4G64 build and Im now having issues starting my car once it warms up. It will not even crank, I just hear the relay click, and nothing from the engine bay. I have replaced the starter with a brand new one, and it still does this. I am stumped, so I came here for advice.

How old is your battery? What do your terminals look like. Check your mine ground.

Battery is about 6 months old. Just checked cranking amps (~650). Terminals just cleaned and look ok. Ground wire is secure and looks good.

sounds like somethings getting hot and is working intermittent on you. had the same prob with the msd coil on my lt1... id start at your releys and testing them when they are cold and hot and see what you come up with.

If you have a multimeter do a voltage drop test on your positive wire to the starter. This will tell you if there isnt a good connection.
