Question

o2 sensor


trying to switch out my o2 sensor plugs from 1g to 2g. anybody know how the color of wires go?

I'm pretty sure the the two blacks are power. One sensor the other for the heater. The two white are grounds. if my memory serves me, write. I'll check my car next time I'm around it and snap pix of the harness and sensor connection.

alright just want to make sure here. my 1g o2 sensor has 2 white, 1 black, 1 grey. the 2g has 2 black, 1 white, 1 blue. im trying to change out the connectors. do i put the 2 white with the 2 black and 1 grey with blue and the white with the grey.

I can't remember of my head but pretty sure the.1g 2 white wires & 2g 2 black wires. And,the other two use a voltmeter to test the,wires. Sensor wire uses,five volt reference and heater is 12v. So if key is on sensor wire, should read 5v from harness when unplugged.
