Yes, I do not want to put you in the corner, but you have internal issues at hand. I'm 100% that you have spun a bearing on the bottom end. You can confirm it, by tearing into it. But you will need to either rebuild or replace what damage has been done.

Here is a video below.

Can i fix it by open the crankcase and fix it right there instead of taking the whole engine out?

You can, but You or I or anyone does not know the internal damage of everything else?! I myself have replaced one bearing once before, but there is a lot to mess with and it was a quick fix until I pulled it out to rebuild. I personally would NOT recommended it unless you know what you are doing and can do it right the first time. You may get away with having someone replace it at a shop, but it is a 50/50 shot, because they will not warranty it out most of the time, because of the fact that it can come out a shady fix.

I try to be honest and give a honest answer, period.

In my opinion it is a waste of time. You don't know how out of round the rod journal is. You just don't know what you are going to find when you drop the pan. Could be a crank bearing, in that case you would have to pull the engine anyway. Even if the journal doesn't look like it heated up or got scored the new bearing could only last 500 miles. All it takes is .oo1"
