I've changed my TPS & Air Idle Control sensor and I'm still idling low

I've changed my TPS & Air Idle Control sensor and I'm still idling low my car sometimes sputters down to 200 - 300 rpms and then its like it turns off, but it revs itself back up to 1100 - 1300 like I'm restarting the car.

Man I can't figure out what else to change on the car. I've changed the two sensors, the oil, the intake, ran a bottle of lucas, the spark plug wires & plugs

Sounds like a fuel problem to me. Like its constantly running out then getting a surge. Bad pump, plugged filter, wiring issue, etc. Did you try to "hotwire" the pump so it's getting power to run at all times. Do you have a way to check fuel pressure while driving it.

Just my .02. Hope it's helpful.

Sorry I can't explain on my phone here but do a search for the BISS and ISC subjects. Follows the guides to set your tps + idle switch (inside tps) and test the ISC coils resistance to see if one has opened up or shorted. Clean the throttle body too..

It definitely sounds ISC related, though

I changed the TPS + Idle motors

It was the throttle body! A simple cleaning and now I don't have the problem anymore!

Thanks man!!!
