Just received my FIAV bypass plate in the mail from Level Zero, I'm going to order a new FIAV seal as well as a new BISS, o-ring and cap all from RTM Racing.

1) Is there any other seals/gaskets I should replace while I"m in there?

2) Any tips? I assume its pretty straight forward, just unbolting the TB, but I've never done it before.

While its off you may as well get a can or 2 of cleaner and make sure its all free of gunk before you put it back on! Probably will need the gasket on both sides of the TB depending on it its turbo or not, maybe only one. Good luck!

Its a 2G Talon with a 6 bolt turbo motor.

Even though it does the same exact thing for free and no worries about a leaking seal either?

I've done this mod to quite a few TBs all without issues and was made available by a very reputable shop as well.

Be careful when removing the screws for the FIAV assembly. They're usually abnormally tight and it's very easy to accidentily strip out the heads of the screws.
Yeah, I actually sourced replacement metric Allen bolts instead
from Lowes.
