Cylinder heads

Ive searched the forum for this answer and havent been able to find it. My question is what is the difference is a G6K casting head and a G6S casting head? and will a G6S bolt up to a 95 tsi awd that had a previous head of G6K?

Maybe a better question would be what cylinder heads are interchangeable with a 7bolt? like what years idk

If it has a spot to bolt up your '95 CAS, it would be a direct swap. If not, it can turn into a little bit of a headache in which case it may be easier to find another G6K head.

6 bolt. 90-99 4g63 heads all match up. I have a 7 bolt head on my 6 bolt block with no mods done to make it fit. No idea about the g6s...

i bought a head with the casting 2.0 on it, and i think i messed up, because its a 1g head.
