ok i have a quick question ive been searching and cant find anything my question is can i use a 93 4g63 7 bolt non turbo block on my 96 gst i know i would have to change the piston heads from the 4g63t to the NA but would the block, crank, rods from the na work for turbo application?

ps i know i have to add the feed lines, oil pan, water lines to turbo...

No oil squirters, no knock sensor, no crank angle sensor, and pistons should be the only differences.

You don't NEED the squirters...depending on what side of the fence you're leaning over. This has been debated for some time, a debate I stumbled over when I was young and under the impression that I could just slap a turbo on a 4G63....then I did some reading.

As far as the block itself, it's identical besides what's listed above.

oh ok i have about 7 bolt blocks but no cranks could i just put the crank from an early 7 bolt NA to the turbo 4g63 that already has knock, oil squirters, crank sensor? and if yes what rods would i use?

i have 3 95 blocks and 1 97 block

All 7-bolt crankshafts are the same so yes you can use an early, non-turbo crankshaft in your later year block. Similarly, all 7-bolt connecting rods are the same. The only turbo specific thing you need are turbo pistons.
