High-Flow Cat Milspec 100 Cell Vs. Vibrant.

The Mil Spec looks like they are claiming a gain over ceramic hi flow converters.
Here is their exact quote. "These cats flow 75% more than an OEM cat and 50%more than an aftermarket 3" ceramic cat."

The Vibrant one you are thinking about says it is not ceramic and boasts the some of the same benifits as the Mil Spec one. It says it flows more and holds up better to heat compared to a ceramic. It says it flows 578cfm, while the Mil Spec doesn't appear to flow that much on the chart provided in your link.:toobad:

Soooo... I'd say most people would be fine with the Vibrant and it would probably be futile to argue the difference between the two, but I say go with the Vibrant because of the cost and the apparent ease of installation.

Maybe someone can chime in with some experience with one brand or another. :hmm:
I would like to know some other differences (if any) between the two as well.

Yeah I think either one will flow enough air for my purposes. So the deciding factor is going to be ease of install and price. I'll go with the vibrant thanks for the feedback.
