Normal 7 Bolt cranksaft end play

Hey does any one know off hand what the spec for crankshaft end play is?

I just pulled my 7 bolt out of my car for some work. I spec it out to be right around .35mm or .013 in. I thought the spec was all the way up to .02 but I'm not sure

The specs are .002- .0071 with an absolute max of .0098.

Yes note that is in inches. In metric it's .05-.18mm (.25 absolute max).

I would scrap that block bro, or at the very least get it checked, most 7 bolts that crankwalk end up walking again even after new bearings, if the block is ok, replace the crank as well.

it only has to make it one more summer(then i'll be building a new motor slip trust bearing 7 bolt ). So i'm just going to put new bearings and maybe a new crank.
