Best engine parts(spark plugs,ignition,oil,oil filter etc)

I want to give my stock 95 gst a tune-up since it has 101,000 miles on it when i bought it, what are all the things i should change and wich are the best(or wich do you prefer?)

I am clueless when it comes to these components but i want to learn so i can take good care of my engine.

if you got an owners manual - there is a listing in there on what to change and when. plugs NGK - wires NGK or better - fuel filter - if they havent allready been done- tbelt , air filter , oil/filter (picka brand)
