Would you use this cracked 14B?

Hey guys, I've got this 14B and it a small hairline cracks in the exhaust/wastegate side. Do you guys think it'll be fine to use or should I wait and get the wastegate welded shut and go external? I just don't wait to replace my perfect 13b with something that would hurt performance instead of help, ya know? Check out the pics:

That crack is nothing; I wouldn't hesitate to run it. It's almost entirely under the flapper, and once the housing heats up the crack most likely seals 100%.

I'd be more concerned as to why the entire turbine housing (and wheel) appears to be soaked in oil.

Hmm, never really put much thought into it. I picked up this turbo a year or two ago for 100 bucks, no shaft play at all. (In or out or side to side) The guy said it had really low miles on it and the only reason he took it off was to upgrade. Do you think the oil seals might be blown? Is there a sure way to check? Here's a couple more pictures:
