as long as you took the positive terminal and basically made it longer to reach the back of the car. and your ground from the battery goes to a good solid point on the car firmly bolted paint/corrosion free it shouldn't be the relocation. i

-i know it sounds dumb but is the headlight switch on? they will stay on after you take the key out.

thats the first thing i checked...was the headlight switch. i have no idea why it does that...ive never seen that happen...so weird how i just conect the battery and the lights go on...anyone had this problem before????

Never did the relocation yet, but Im havin the headlight problem. They stay on when i turn the switch off. I hate electrical problems! Im hoping its just a bad ground in the circuit somewhere.

Dont use a 240 amp fuse, just use a cheap circuit breaker from SonicElectronix.com, they sell a Tsunami one for like $18. I think it's a 200A

Check to make sure all the terminals are tight and you don't have a short anywhere. It sounds as if you are getting some feedback throught the system.

i dont know if it was good before the relocation because i never put a battery in it...this was a project car and i went right to the point by stripping the engine bay and all that lovely stuff we do along with that. now i know that my alternator ground isint hoocked up yet...and 2 grounds that are in the wireing harness arent either...the 2 grounds behind the headlight area. not sure what they are for but they are not hoocked up yet..i gotta grind down to the metal and make a good conection...as for all the other wireing i did....there is no way there is a bad conection as all the wires and conectors are brand new...and i soldered everything super overkill.
