evo IX turbo?

will a evo IX turbo fit on a 1g dsm? I have a 1990 plymouth laser and im looking to by a guys turbo for my car i have the upgraded fule pump. will it bolt up right thanks guys.

Everything is backwards, and the exhaust housing will not match up the manifold, so.. No, it will not bolt up

^^^ Solution???? Use the evo manifold since its already setup.

If you have ever seen an evo engine bay eveything is on the opposite side, even if you were to get the manifold; the compressor wheel would face the alternator, power steering, and the downpipe would still not line up..

just go through one of the vendors supported by dsmtuners and get a big 16G.

If this worked, wouldn't you think EVERYONE would be doing it? Good used Evo VIII and IX turbos sell for $150 on eBay.

Even cheaper if you keep an eye on the evo forums. With the Stage 3 manifold for the SRT4, the EVO 8/9 turbo is a steal, however the price of the manifold is retardly high since it's discontinued.
