Where does the Power Transistor Unit go on a 2G 6-bolt swap?

Where does this power transistor unit go? On the intake manifold? Its a 6 bolt swap on a 98 eclispe btw.

Look at the harness thats running over the top of your motor by your fuel rail and look for the plug for it coming off of that I think it mounts on the intake manifold like he said its a power transistor or ignitor

Thats what I thought. Now do I use the 1G or 2G unit in a 6 bolt swap?

There the same thing(1g and 2g), except from a 90

If its the same on a 2g it goes right under the coil pack i burned mines once and my dsm dint start until i took it to my friend at the auto parts and he cheked and the black plastic was melted well try not to mess around with them theyr 147+tax expensive!!! So chek under the coil pack if its easier just take it off
