Rpm

Hey guys, im new here. I just recently acquired a 1993 eagle talon tsi awd. But, there seems to be some troubles with it. It starts up fine but on idle it has something going on with it. The rpms seem to go up then down up and down...from 1000 to 1500 or so the entire time. I dont know whats going on, any ideas? and suggestions for a fix.

Hey, what is this "idle switch" are we talking about the idle control valve?

Yeah, Idle Air Control. on the TB.
