maf unplugged runs great but too rich help needed want to get this back to ohio.

Just got an 1990 awd talon had a couple 1991 eclipse before. got a problem with my new baby. she runs way to rich, maf plugged in i only get idle if i hit the gas the least bit she dies, now if i unplug the maf she runs like a raped ape, just too rich. if i start the car with the maf unplugged she runs as soon as i plug in the maf it dies? I have 2 maf both do the same thing any ideas??? also i am in TX now I have little tools here and i am visiting my dad in an apt complex (cant do any major work here) i will be going back to Ohio near x-mas(ohio is where all my tools are and garage) do you think the car will be ok to drive around till i get it back to ohio?

Is your BOV vented or recir?
