They used to be big in circle track racing but not much anymore. Good quality cams. Not sure about the DSM market though. Campower bought them out years ago and haven't heard much since. I've run them before in a 383 and 377. Honestly the quality 264's are probably better than BC 272's.

after getting the 272's in my power band is so much better!!!!!! With the 264's my power band was not that great every time i would get on it once i would hit boost my car would just take off and go all over the road now with the 272's it just goes and its very nice. Just now waiting to get injectors and a tune. I hope i put down some god numbers!!!!

Well, I took these cams (as a trade) and put them in my 95 gs-t. Not only did they expand the powerband, but my mystery knock went away. Before, I had a really hard time running more than 14 psi without knock. Which is strange considering everything that I have done to the car to prevent knock. Now, on my big 16g, I am able to blast 20 psi on pump without knock all the way to redline. It's strange that the cam upgrade eliminated really horrible knock (7-10 counts @ 14 psi).

The cam upgrade is nice. My car sounds better as well.
