Talon front bumper removal

I have a 96 talon and Im using this guide to take off my front bumper
2G Bumper Removal 98 Eclipse RS

Now I have completed removing all these bolts but it seems like my foglight are holding my bumper on. Should i remove the front of the fog lights or behind the fog lights or how do I work around this. Thanks

There's a lot more bolts than just those, you take the spashguards out and the plastic bolts and such from the bottom front out?
It shouldn't be bolted from fogs to the bumper(i think). The fogs should stay bolted to the core support with the bumper off.

You sure its the fogs holding it?

There are also bolts where the fender meets the bumper, along the splash guards on both sides, and those pain in the ass ones under the headlights. If you are only trying to remove the bumper and not the whole support bar with it, you need to remove the headlights and pop out the screws holding it to the bar.

No, the guide covered everything. I just unscrewed the two bolts holding each fog light on and it came right off. Thanks for the help. Great guide +1
