Alright, I've got a 91 talon(i think). Well, My registration comes up as a 1990, and my insurance comes up as a 1991, and the sticker in the door jam says it was manufactured in June 1990. So I'm a little confused right now. I need to by new throttle body gaskets, and shaft seals, so i just wanted to know what visual differences there are between the 1990, and 1991-up throttle bodies, just so I don't buy the wrong ones.

Thanks,
Brandon

The '91-'94 has all 4 vacuum nipples on the top of the throttle body. The '90 has 2 on the top and 2 on the side.

That answers my question right there. I have a 1990, thanks man.

Also, with that, Does anyone know where i can get the trottlebody shaft seals? I can only find them for the 91+ cars.

It may be in your best interest to swap TBs, but if not, use ^ his dimensions and go to your local hardware store or even Home Depot and look for the proper size dimensions.

The shaft seal size is 8x12x2, but I don't know off hand where to get them. A good bit of people usually swap the '90 out for a '91-'94.

Is this dimension for the smaller or larger seal of the 90 TB?

Did mine a while ago, but here's the place I used and they are relatively cheap. The job itself is a little time consuming, but worth it if your seals are leaking, I haven't had a days issue since their replacement. Here's my reply from an earlier post. If the links don't work, just cut and paste them.
Point of fact.. the seals are different sizes on the 90, form side to side. I believe the 91 onwards are the same size on both sides. That's why you'll see 2 part numbers listed in my post.

If you are talking about TB shaft seals, they are not just an O-Ring. They actually have a metal casing. You can search the threads and find the oring size from guys who have done it, but for a relatively cheap price go to Kaman Industries and ask for the seals with these part #'s- CR3930 and CR 3030.

Call one of these locations and order them- https://ec.kamandirect.com/kamandirect/catalog/KITBranchLocator.jsp;jsessionid=OG51R0INBBLUTFM4BIICFEUVTZDWMIV1?_DARGS=/kamandirect/catalog/KITBranchLocator.jsp

I did the job for about $10, and well worth it.
