Deadtime & gtlobal PTE 1200

I believe that the PTE "1200's" are actually Lucas 120lb injectors. Every set that I have flowtested are actually more like 1120cc, not 1200cc, and I usually start with ~384-408uS deadtime.
For E85 I would use a Global Fuel of -40%, or -60% for gas at the stock 37psi fuel pressure.

Thanks Jeff! This worked great for me.

My setup: 42psi fuel pressure, no vac source. PTE 1200s, 390 deadtime and -58% global. runs like a charm.

Personal experiences, results, and setups are great but there is a way to figure out what the CORRECT global settings whether your running 650's, 1200's, or 2150's... Its not guess work its simple math.
You take the difference by dividing stock injector size (450cc) with the new injector size (1200cc) and then subtracting (1) to come up with the global settings running gasoline.
(450 / 1200) - 1 = -0.625
New Global Settings = -63%
Deadtime settings will vary from injector to injector, especially the bigger ones. To adjust my injectors deadtimes I ZERO them and then watch my logged CombinedFT (you do have a logger right?!) and once it equals 0% (+/- 2%) then your where you need to be with the deadtime.

If I were tuning this size injectors in ECUFlash & using EvoScan I have access to Injector Size and also Deadtime Voltage table.

I currently am at -8.59% on my Fuel Trim Correction
My injectors have been downsized to 739cc

What should I be looking to change in these numbers. I don't have much idea how to set the CC and Deadtime.

The way I was told to tune WOT was to take my CC number down til my AFR matched my wideband and AFR map, on 100load and higher all my AFR is 11.8. This was suggest method by ceddy of the ceddysmods for Ecuflash.

my settings are as follows.

Voltage------mS
4.6 ---------3.825
7.0 ---------2.100
9.3----------1.410
11.7---------1.080
14-----------0.870
16.4---------0.720
18.6---------0.600

What I am asking is how do I change these values. Say I change 4.6volts down to 3.600 do I then change the rest of the numbers? I don't understand how to do this.

No no no that's the latency/deadtime man, you need too adjust the actual injector scaling. If you're looking to adjust actual injector size. Adjusting latency should add the same amount too all tables according.
www.ceddy.us has a awesome write up on it.

Edit: change the latency according too fuel trim.
