Ok I recently dropped in my new swap. This isn't the first 4g63T swap in this 91 talon to my knowledge. My current issues are the vacuume hose routing. The EGR is on the right side of the engine bay and is only equipped with 1 hose port unlike the previous engine which had 2 and was on the left under the TPS. My question is if I'm going by some emission standards am I going to have a problem passing emissions.Do I have to make some big changes or is this a matter of just some rerouting of the hoses.
The throttle posistion sensor has 4 ports
Egr has 1
Purge valve is equipped with 2
The thermostat housing on this current engine does not have the 2 hose ports unlike the last engine which I can swap if I have to
If I'm not making much sense through this give some feedback
Looking through the diagrams it seems that I have components that dont match up with what normally should be on an early 2.0 turbo setup
Sincerely, dsm in distress
