I know it's 18mm but I need to confirm the pitch. Can anyone help me out? I think it's a 1.50.

The tread pitch for the O2 sensor is 18x1.5 mm. so you were correct.

Indeed it does. I have to get a new O2 sensor now since the idiot who owned the car before me overtorqued it and raped the threads. Need to get a tap and a wideband I guess. C'est la vie.
