hello,

I live in canada and i have an american Dsm with the powered seat belts....i kinda hate them and think its more anoying then anything. i want to convert to the normal seat belts....the ones u just reach with your left arm ( as a driver ) and click it in the buckle. i am not a lazy bastard that needs a dumb little seat belt motor tu hold me down. LOL

anyways,..my question is....what do i need to convert my stock 3 point to the regular seat belt setup.....any drilling required or what? i need somebody who has done this allready, so he can tell me what i need to do....thanks!

From what i hear, you just need to get rid of the powered bracket, which is all one unit, from the motor behind the panel in the quarter panel then you get the regular canadian seat belts, and the panels for them. It should be easy.
