Here is a picture, on how to tell the difference
stock t25 on the left & 16g on the right, and try looking at the serial numbers and see if it's a real big 16g 49178-01 42 0

Look to see if it has a J pipe. The 1st / larger pic is a T25. The 2nd / smaller pic is a 16g.
In the picture on the right it's the black tube under the radiator house. It connects the compressor side of the turbo to the lower intercooler pipe.
Edit: ^ That's what a j-pipe is...
It looks like you might have one it's sort of hard to tell. It'd be that black tube right behind the intake.

Edit edit: Unless you're running a maf-t, recirculate your bov.
Stock didn't have a J-pipe, it had an outlet pipe. Just look at where the turbo outlet, if anything is bolted onto the turbo outlet, it's the 16g. If it connects directly to piping, it's the t25.
This is the stock outlet pipe.

He has a 2g, I believe those ^ came stock on 1gs. Also, even if it looks like a 16g, it could be any Mitsu turbo. You'd have to check the numbers on the housing.
Uhhhmmm... No, it's not recirculated. As you can clearly see in this picture in the indicated by the yellow circle. Also you can clearly see in the picture that you have a 2g MAS indicated by the red circle. Therefore, you need to recirculate the BOV.

He's looking to buy another talon. He didn't specify if it was a 1g or 2g though.
I kno it looks like its not recirculated. but it is. There is no hose from the intake, its filled in. its 50% atmospheric and 50% vented.

Maybe there is something im missing.it vents equally both ways. the hosed is filled in. maybe there is something im missing.
riddle me this batman. if the hose is filled in, how does it recirc.
idk, how could u tell the diffrence? i was told it was 50/50 but i didnt think u could do tht either with dsm's.
if the bov wasnt recircing that air, even 50% of it your mas would read wrong, if the guy who is selling you the car told you this i would call the bullsh*t card and then def check the serial numbers on the turbo. then i would go over the car with a fine tooth comb cause there is no tellin what you could be getttin into if hes believing his bov is 50-50 recirced
