Yes, I have the VFAQ tutorials, but they are little but helpful for wiring up a turbo timer to a 1G. The Omega Turbo Timer is a very basic and inexpensive timer sold in the Vendor's Section on this forum.
It does not come with the easy plug-n-play wiring harness, so I'm looking for the proper pin numbers for the wires I need to tap off the ECU and under the wheel. I already printed out the ECU pin numbers off of VFAQ, so I will have them right next to me.
Here are the wires noted off of the one-page install guide that came with the Omega 2:
- RED to Battery (fused)
- BLACK to Ground
- BLUE to Ignition #1 Wire
- YELLOW to Ignition #2 Wire
- ORANGE engine detect wire to Output of Alernator
- BLUE/WHITE to parking brake
- VIOLET to positive Brake
Other than the positive and ground, I need a little help finding the other wire taps.
