Ok, I have a 1g bov flange on my UICP, and a dejontool hard intake pipe to the turbo. I got the KHS SSQV and the recirculation kit. The placement of the 1g flange puts the outlet on the blow off valve about 1 inch away, and down from the hard intake inlet. The hard intake pipe of course cannot be clamped down with the recirc fitting, but the pipe that comes with it will fit perfectly inside (with alot of elbow grease and a lil bit of soapy water).

Does anyone know where I can get a hose the same inside diameter? I've tried my local auto stores, and they only have radiator hosing. From the pictures, I think if I just had a straight piece of tubing, I might be able to make it work, if I shave off about 2" from my intake pipe.

Why don't you just cut the stock 2g recirc hose to fit both of them together (if you still have that hose). Obviously, you got to clamp the bov side harder to make it snug. Hit up Home depot to see what they got if you don't have that hose.

This should work because of the short distance, even though it will leak a bit it doesn't matter because most of it will be recirculating.

you can spin the bov on the flange to a position that will give you more play with the hose. as already said go get some radiator hose, or go to home depot and get the flex hose, its like black and blue, it can be found in the pool/water supply area.

I just checked out Lowes, and they didnt have the exact specifications that I need. I'm going to order some silicone hose online, and cut about half of the intake pipe tubing off, in order to allow for a slight bend in the hose to fit the BOV. I'll know in about a week whether it works or not, wish me luck!
