okay, this is only a picture of what it looks like. The part that i am talking about looks similar to this. the oil filter connects to it. I had a my oil gauge linked to it, but the fitting that i used BROKE off in it.... so yea, i need to replace it, because i can't get it out.

the part that i am talking about is located next to the alternator, and is by the exhaust.

looks like the Oil filter housing... it would be easier if you drew an arrow pointing at the specific part you want

It's your oil filter mount. A machinist can fix it, and probably pretty cheaply.
