I am going to be installing my new fuel system this weekend and I need to know what other parts I will need. I have the following.

New Tank
New Sending Unit
New Pump
New Strainer
New Gasket that goes between fuel pump assembly and the tank
New Lines & Fittings
New Filter
New Regulator

Is there any other gaskets, bolts, or misc parts I need or may need. My car cant have any down time so I am trying to get everything together to get this done in one shot. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm assuming you have good tank straps, you might want to have some hose clamps and a nut and bolt kit sitting around just in case. Also is the sending unit you speak of a complete assembly? Pump, strainer, and such? Don't forget the bolts that hold the sending unit on, other than that it sounds like you've got everything I can think of. good luck!

What are building a car from scratch? Someone put muratic acid in your gas tank? Whats the deal? Unless you DIDNT have all that stuff to begin with you just spent a lot of money on parts you didnt need. Im curious as to why you are replacing all that stuff. LMK

Crush washers if you are using a stock fuel filter (I would take this opportunity to upgrade).
New gaskets from the line to the fuel rail

You should also take this opportunity to rewire the fuel pump.

Well I did this because my tank was all messed up. It had a giant hole on the top near the return line and it was rusted really bad. I replaced the lines becuase they were rusted to hell too. Plus now I have enough fuel support for when I get a bigger turbo. My sending unit was also rusted like crazy and my fuel pump went bad. So I figured I should just get it all over with all at once and replace all of it. Now I wont have to worry about my fuel system for a long time. I put it all in on Friday and Saterday. I was so cold out. 20 to 25 degrees the whole time. Never mind the wind chill. Ill post up some pics later.
