I didnt wont to start a new thread but I searched and didnt find anything to help me so here it is. I bought the car with a bad front crank seal so I replaced it, the car ran before I did this, I took the alternator off when I replaced the seal and it was stolen, so I dont have one at the moment, and I also had to replaced the fuel pump, it was dead, so now when I try to start the engine it hits at first but wont hit again until I turn the key off and do it again, I'm getting fuel and fire so I dont know what else to look for. Any help would be nice.

so I changed the fuel filter and gaped the spark plugs and got it to fire, but now its leaking oil again. I thought it was the front seal but I guess not. I dont know what else it could be, leaking this bad you would think theres a hole in the front case but no, any ideas?

I also took the cas out to see if my fuel pump was dead, and my timming is dead on

You lost me on this one. :)

There is a fuel pump test port you can use to see if you are getting fuel pressure. Shouldn't need to touch the CAS.

Double-check everything you did. Sounds like you may have missed something when putting it back together.

Good luck!
