Alrighty. I am missing a few bolts off my tranny, and I can't drive my car, so i'd love it if you helped me out fast :)

Anyways. What are the EXACT sizes and lengths of these 3 bolts.

HMMmm Next time Torque the bolts down :thumb:

If they still come out, use some Loctite on the threads and then torque them.

The bolt is a 12x1.25

You will have to measure the length yourself. Stick a pencil in the hole the mark it. Then measure from the mark on the pencil.

If you're buying hardware store bolts make sure you get the zinc coated High strength bolts. They are usually GOLD Grade 8 metric. And don't forget the LOCK washer and Flat washer.

Just find some bolts that fit geez man. Asking for help then responding with "that didn't help me at all..." Anybody who works on cars ought to have a bucket of nuts and bolts laying around. And hey ever think of this, take a bell housing bolt that you do have, try it in a spot where you don't have one and decide if it's too long or too short then take it to the hardware store with you...

I was just frustrated. And I'm quite neglected. I don't even have jacks/jackstands LOL.
I'm sorry Pj. I hope you still love me. Anyhow, I guessed on a bolt, and it was the right one! The car actually wants to shift now, it's amazing :) no more grinding at all! I thought i had a syncro problem, but It feels like I have a whole new tranny/clutch.

Also, I searched and didn't find this. So here.
If some of your gears grind, [1st and reverse for me] CHECK SO THAT THE TRANNY IS TIGHT!
