I am absolutely sick and tired of trying to find my frickin idle surge/stalling problem. I did all my vacuum lines, properly set my idle with the BISS, reset the ECU, replaced the ISC with a used black ISC which I was told dont fail like the tan ones... So I just want to take it to a shop, but I live in South East, PA. My local areas are Reading and Lancaster PA, so if anyone knows any good shops or anything near me please let me know! Thanks!
