Car not revving!

Alright my car isn't revving after all my installs. This is what i did, I put in a SBR FMIC, SBR G-50, SBR recirc o2 housing, AEM AFPR, HAFE EXmani, Autometer Cobalt guages- Oil press, Water temp, boost/vac, and volts. AEM UEGO wideband,Greddy BOV , Apexi cat back, ACT 2600 clutch, Dejon Intake piping, B$M short throw shifter,DSM link, FIC 850cc injectors, Walbro 255 lph fuel pump,koyo rad , slimline fans and an apexi turbo timer! I also just did a timing belt but the car runs too good at idle for me to believe its off on timing. Anyways Dsmlink isn't working for some reason, keeps saying command timed out. I had it set perfectly and i had to disconnect the battery and lost the settings although they were already preset so I'd imagine there still set. The wideband read 12.7-13.2 . I have the AFPR set at 43.The car doesn't rev at all. I do have a boost leak that i ordered what i need to fix it. The boost leak is the injectors. I'm pretty sure that isn't my ultimate problem of my no revving problem though. Any suggestions or questions please help me please! I'm from jersey so if anyone around here is willing to help I'd greatly appreciate that as well. Thanks

TPS sensor unplugged? Throttle cable stuck/off?

And what do you mean by no revving?

Idle only with NO response from gas pedal?

Idle with slight response from gas pedal until a certain rom?
