So I traded my 97 gst straight across for my new little toy. Its a 1998 gsx with 69000 original miles. Transmission is toast but being the lil parts whore that I am I have one in the shop. Interior is in great shape ans other than the mount for the tranny being bent(go if I know why) and a dent in the lower radiator support its in good shape. Has a greddy intercooler and greddy type s BOV and is lowered on eibach springs. Time to build a monster hehehe

Well currently in my storage chest of goodies is a complete aeromotive fuel set up, walboro pump, fp green turbo, 1 gen throttle body, 850 injectors, complete autometer gauge set up, b&m short shifter, poly motor mounts, act 2900 clutch, fidanza flywheel, 3 inch exhaust and some other random goodies I cant remember.

Its a chrome lip but Ive already ditched those for some TSW 18x8 with toyo tires, not big on black rims.

Junkyard+Sawzall (dremel, whatever)= new(ish) tranny mount

Looks really clean, I am jealous. The only thing I dont like is that funky pattern on the seats. I have that same pattern and I cant wait to get rid of them for some stock black leather seats.

Nice find. Thats why I hate getting rid of parts. Once you get rid of them you need them within a few weeks.

For what they cost, there's absolutely no reason to go with an outdated tube and fin core that has the durability of an aluminum can. Plenty of better options out there if you're in the market. But since the OP didn't pay for it (directly), he didn't get screwed really.
