The power steering belt rotates on the ps pump and the water pump. The alternator belt goes around the alternator, water pump, and harmonic balancer. The ac belt goes around the ac and harmonic balancer.
I'm assuming your trying to get the harmonic balancer off and thats why the car wants to rotate? If so, put a 1/2 square drive in the crank and have someone hold it while you take off the harmonic bolts.

yes im trying to take the balancer off. but i will try what you said. also how do i get the ac belt off. i have tried and it doesnt wanna get loose. and i tried those bolts again and they are on there tight. they should not be that tight right?

The idler pulley that the A/C belt rides on has two bolts that hold it in place. The bottom bolt is the pivot bolt for the pulley and the top bolt rides in a slot so that you can rotate the pulley and loosen the belt. That should be it for the A/C belt, well other than you have to take off the water pump/alternator belt because the A/C belt rides behind it on the Harmonic Balancer.:dsm:
