[RESOLVED] cam installation

Well my revised lifters arrived so i decided that I'll go ahead and install them and then the rockers and the cams. Do I just let the caps pull the cams into their seat evenly across and then torque them in place? and how many ft/lbs are the cap bolts?

1G SBR Stage VI Head, Crower 280 Cams, Manley Valve Train

Place the lifter in, rocker on top, cam on top and then loosely put all of the cam caps on. I torque inside (middle) out at 10 ft/lb and then again at 18 ft/lb.
