Idenitfy this sensor?

I went to adjust my idle and happened to notice this little slip connector off what may be a secondary TPS? It's a spade style connector that you can see sticking up in the first picture, sorry for poor quality my camera sucks.

In the second picture I noticed a little clip coming out of the wire harness against the firewall. It looks like a slip spade style connector but its not long enough to reach the TB.

My car does not throw a CEL. Ive got my idle adjusted out as far as I can and I can't get it to idle below 1k. I'm wondering, do I need to jump this connection? Anyone know what it is?

the first pic is your karman signal sensor.... the second pic im not sure of but i do know it is not needed and does not need to be connected to anything in order for your engine to run proporly

That is the Idle Position Switch used to tell the ECU that the throttle is closed.

There should be a green wire that I think is part of the bundle going to the ISC that attaches to the spade connector

The connector in the second picture is either the terminal you use to read the RPM in the engine bay or the fuel pump test connector.

Since the ECU doesn't see the throttle close it isn't going to try and control the idle speed but you shouldn't have any problem getting the engine below 1k unless you have a air leak bypassing the throttle plate.
